Sarah was an amazing Real Estate agent. My husband and I are first time home buyers and Sarah made us feel confident throughout the entire process. She helped us figured out what we were looking for and set reasonable expectations. In addition to the daily listings, Sarah would highlight properties that she thought really suited us. She came with us to open houses and set up showings for other houses that did not have open houses. She never made us feel rushed and was always willing to revisit a property that we wanted to have a second look at. When we bid on a property, she encouraged us not go above what it was worth. Sarah found the house that we ended up purchasing and we would not have even looked at it without her. The house was listed above our price range and had I been looking on realtor.ca, I would never have known about it. Sarah insisted that we see the house immediately before the open house and we bid on it that evening. We were able to underbid at a price we were comfortable with and Sarah negotiated using closing dates. Sarah was a strong negotiator who had our best interest in mind. She was a one-stop-shop for us as we did not have a mortgage specialist or lawyer and she was able to make recommendations. We ended up choosing someone from both of her recommendations. She was so concerned about our satisfaction, that she also gave us advice for our meetings with our mortgage specialist; we would not have known to ask about some of these things without Sarah's help. Sarah went above and beyond our expectations of a Real Estate Professional. Right from the start she made suggestions and provided answers to any questions to help us get our house ready to sell. She took total responsibility for the staging, marketing,advertising and showings plus all the while keeping in constant communication with us every step of the way. She always promptly returns calls, emails and text messages which is very reassuring. Sarah also managed all the queries from potential buyers, contacted potential developers and kept in communication with the agents having comparable houses on the market in our neighbour hood. This was especially important and we had the house next door listed the same week as our house. After our sale she immediately helped us find a temporary rental while our new location is being completed and was available to manage the buyer's followup visits as requested before the closing. In summary I would recommend Sarah to anyone that wants to make the sale of a family home be as stress free as possible
